Album Reviews

Review:
We know the pianist Jean-Christophe Renault of the beautiful solo CD « Là Est La Question ». Didier Laloy is of course the hyperactive workaholic who's involved in many and various musical projects, albums, bands, concerts and recordings. These two gentlemen are playing together since five years or so and have finally recorded a CD together. This CD is full of subtle music. 58 minutes of music ranging from very melancholic to more cheerful. Occasionaly dark thunderclouds threaten the fairy-like landscape, but they can effortlesly been chased away by a few cheerful notes.
This CD is comparable to the paintings of Luc Tuymans. Behind the grubby colours, there's a whole other world to discover. Released in 2005.
