The music of the Malabo Strit Band is spontaneous and diverse, blended with both traditional and popular songs. The Malabo Strit Band is an ensemble of the finest musicians of Guinea whose mission is to present modern music from their country while maintaining the roots of their culture.

The singer, Muana Sinepi, the guitarist, David Owono, Alex Ikot on drums and Pepe Dougan on keyboard make up the Madrid nucleus of the band in which there are also collaborators from Malabo. Their repertoire includes original songs by each of the band members. Their first recording effort, MSB, includes contributions by Yolanda Avomo, Cecilia Nchama, and Luis Fausto.
