See-I To Release Debut Album & Tour
The Duo Gears Up For Their Debut Album Tour Alongside Thievery Corporation
Brothers Rootz and Zeebo of the rock-reggae group, See-I have joined forces with Fort Knox Recordings for their self-titled debut album due out June 28th. In addition, they are kicking off their tour, as well as shows featuring DJ duo and collaborators, Thievery Corporation.
Finding their way from college in North Carolina via the Caribbean only to end up in Washington, DC., See-I was in the cultural melting pot of the Nation's capital where they developed their creative and musical talents.
In the heady days of the late 1980s, the brothers Steele would launch the project that has defined their lives: See-I.
They quickly became a fixture of DC's burgeoning Reggae scene crossing paths with Reggae aficionado Eric Hilton who was determined to include them in his future projects.
After years of live performances, an album has been made. Produced by Zeebo, Enea Diotaiuti and Rob Myers, See-I's 13-track debut album is an epic showcase of the energy, sound and talent of this exciting group.
