Review:

This release is a voyage into Berber culture and heritage with a twist. The compositions mix traditional Berber music with hints of flamenco, Celtic and other Latin American idioms. The acoustic songs are accompanied by poignant lyrics that talk of the current political situation of the Berber people in Algeria. Yelas expresses his wish for political change and reforms. He openly defends Berber cultural identity and supports the fight for freedom from oppression that currently plague the Berbers. Released in 2002.
